IT IS IMPORTANT TO OPEN AND INSPECT YOUR
PRODUCT AS SOON AS YOU CAN FOLLOWING FEDERAL EXPRESS DELIVERY.
DAMAGE CLAIMS MADE LATER THAN 12 DAYS
AFTER FED EX DELIVERY OF THE SHIPPED ITEM ARE NOT COVERED BY FEDERAL EXPRESS
COMPANY PER THEIR POLICY. HISTORICALLY WE HAVE HANDLED ANY CLAIMS MADE AND WE
GLADLY WILL CONTINUE DOING SO. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE OR DELAYED
DAMAGE REPORTING.
NOTE - If you do not report damages
within 10 days of receipt of your Display and Play product to Display and Play
by either phone or email - the responsibility of settling a damage claim will be
yours to deal with Federal Express as claims made after 12 days - Federal
Express will deny.
All products are shipped in packaging
tested and approved by Fed Ex for rapid settlement of all claims made within the
FED EX insurance policy guidelines. Damage must therefore be reported by the
purchaser to Display and Play within 10 days of receipt of the item purchased in
order to enable us o comply with the Fed Ex notification period in a timely
manner and obtain insurance reimbursement.

Depending upon product availability, we
will exchange or replace most products with another item of equal value if the
original product is returned un-damaged.
How to Return
If you need to return an item, simply box
up your merchandise along with the packing slip you will find located in the
boxing with your display case and send it back. Then contact us and we will
arrange a FedEx pickup of the package for return.
Return Shipping Charges
Return
shipping charges are your responsibility unless we made an error on your order.
